Mechair Engineering Solutions undertook the task of enhancing the cooling tower plant. This involved the installation of state-of-the-art controls, VSDs, and sensors to optimize energy efficiency. Beyond the cost savings, this upgrade significantly reduces water usage in the cooling tower and minimizes the need for chemical water treatment. The project was executed seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and achieving its objectives.

Mechair Engineering Solutions was enlisted to upgrade the Daikin VRV air conditioning system that caters to the guest hotel rooms. This undertaking necessitated a nighttime crane lift operation, meticulously coordinated with traffic control measures. The project was executed seamlessly, ensuring minimal interference with the hotel's daily operations.

Mechair Engineering Solutions was commissioned to execute a substantial air conditioning plant upgrade, entailing the refurbishment of the cooling cooler, installation of a new condenser water pump, and the addition of a 110kW rooftop PAC unit. Additionally, a significant portion of the sheet-metal ductwork on the roof was replaced.
